The process is similar to green sand molding , but this one allows instead melt pieces larger and with better better surface finish. We have a line of fully automated carousel.

• Mechanical sand reclaimer 8 Tn / Time
• Pneumatic transport of sand molds to storage.
• Continuous mill mixer 10 Tn/h.
• Handler
• Roller road

MANUAL CHEMICAL SAND CASTING

Recommended for short / medium series with a range of weights 50 Kg. 600 Kg.

This type of production means is oriented molding prototypes , short series and pieces that because of its dimensions is not possible to molding with machines.
